Terms of Use
Version of 6 October 2026. These terms apply to the member area of social-trading.org.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
social-trading.org is operated by Great Products and Ideas LLC (see Imprint). These terms of use apply to your user account, the member area, support, live calls and the community channels.
2. What social-trading.org is, and what it is not
We educate: we present technical options and show step by step how other providers’ platforms are operated.
- We do not give investment advice or any recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
- We do not broker transactions and we do not manage assets.
- We do not accept money and have no access to your accounts with other providers.
3. You act on your own responsibility
Whether, where and how much you commit is your decision alone. You check for yourself whether an offer suits your situation and which legal and tax rules apply in your country. Only use money you can afford to lose.
4. Risks
- Trading, contracts for difference (CFDs) and copy trading can lead to the loss of all capital invested.
- Past results, examples, calculators and time-lapse clips are no promise for the future.
- The platforms shown belong to other providers. TAG Markets is based outside the European Union and is not regulated there. European supervisory authorities have published warnings about it, for example the Austrian FMA on 20 February 2026.
- Crypto assets fluctuate strongly. Transfers in cryptocurrencies cannot be reversed.
5. Other providers' platforms
CopyX, TAG Markets, exchanges and wallets are governed by the terms of the respective provider. You enter into contracts directly with that provider; we are not a party to them. We are not responsible for the availability, execution, payouts or security of these platforms.
Our registration link assigns your account to our community. There is no commission agreement for this link.
6. Your account
- Your access is personal. Do not share your login details.
- You confirm registration and password changes through a link we send to your email address.
- The content of the member area is intended for you. Please do not pass it on without our consent.
- Do not share customer numbers, ID photos or passwords, not even with us. Nobody on our team will ask for them.
7. Community, calls and support
In Telegram groups and live calls the following applies: respectful conduct, no promises of profit, no advertising and no referral links of your own. Members do not advise each other on investments.
Support answers may be prepared with the help of AI and are reviewed by a person. They are not advice either.
8. Liability
We prepare our content with care but give no warranty that it is complete, correct or up to date. We are not liable for your decisions or for losses with other providers. In cases of intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, we are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions.
9. Changes and termination
If we change the substance of these terms, we will ask you to agree again at your next login. You can have your account deleted at any time via the contact form. We may block access if these terms are breached.
10. Data protection
How we process your data is described in the Privacy Policy. We store your agreement to these terms with date and version on your user account.
As a member you confirm these terms after logging in. Only then can you see the content of the member area.
